Event Details Admission: Free for the public. Attendance: Expected 2,500+ people. Event Hours: All-day event 10:00 AM- 6:00 PM 📍 Location- Big Pavilion (Vendors will be in the green space next to the pavilion). Booth Information: Standard Uncovered Space: $10 per 10x10 booth (no electricity, you bring canopy, tables, and chairs) Covered Space at the Farmers Market or at the Pavilion: $15 per 10x10 booth (no electricity, you bring tables and Chairs) Provided table and chair at the Farmers Market: $5 for table and chair. Electric Hookups: $5 per plug (limited availability). All electric spaces at the Farmers Market area are under the permanent canopies. Electric spaces at the Big Pavilion are both under the pavilion and outside of the pavilion. Food Trucks or Trailers: $15 per spot Vendor Requirements: Sales Tax ID Required: Vendors must have a valid Sales Tax ID and file sales tax with the City of Choctaw. ➡️ Need to apply? link to sales tax registration Food Vendors: Must submit Health Department paperwork (if applicable). Liquor Vendors: Must apply for a liquor permit with the City of Choctaw and follow ABLE Commission rules. Alcohol Vendor Requirements: Paperwork must be submitted to the ABLE Commission at least 60 days in advance, unless exempt. We do not plan on selling anything. We would like to have two large inflatables, a slide and an obstacle course. We would like to give away balloon animals. If we could we would like to give away free snow cones if possible.
AT&T would love to get out in the community! We can bring candy, free AT&T swag and be a resource to attendees with event specific promos and flyers.
