This Market is invitation only. If you have been invited to this market, you will not be charged for your booth. This event will be held at the Big Pavilion. Admission: Free for the public. Attendance: Expected 800+ people. Event Hours: 6:00- 8:00 PM Location- Big Pavilion Booth Information: 10x10 booth is provided at no cost. There will be a charge if you request Electric- $5 per plug. We will provide microbusiness vendors that are selling items at the Market with candy. Marketing booths must provide their own Candy. Sales Tax ID Required: Vendors must have a valid Sales Tax ID and file sales tax with the City of Choctaw. This event will be held if it rains. If there is a threat of severe weather during the time of setup, the event time, or tear down the event will be canceled. The invitation to be a vendor at next year's Halloween event is dependent on your attendance at this year's event.

We’re excited to bring this magical holiday event to Farmers Market Lane and create a truly special experience for families in our community this Christmas season! We’re inviting local businesses to join the fun by decorating the permanent canopies along Farmers Market Lane with Christmas lights and festive decorations. As families drive through the event, participating businesses will walk up to vehicles to hand out small goodies and treats to children along the route. At the end of the drive, children will deliver their prewritten letters to Santa directly to Mrs. Claus for special delivery to the North Pole! We’re also looking for businesses with unique trucks, vehicles, trailers, or equipment to participate! Decorate your vehicle and park along the east side of the lane to become part of the holiday experience. We can provide some lighting and limited decorations for the canopies, but we encourage businesses to go all out! Decorate your space, wear festive outfits or costumes, and help us create an unforgettable holiday atmosphere for the community. Participating Businesses Should Plan To: • Create a fun, eye-catching holiday display • Dress festive or in costume • Bring enough treats or small goodies for 500+ kids • Showcase your business with signage and promotions Let’s work together to make this a magical and memorable night for local families!
