“Celebrate the season with shopping, sparkle, and community cheer!” We are partnering with Habitat for Humanity's Festival of Trees for this market. The market will be designed to offer a festive atmosphere for families in the community. Santa Claus will be located in the Commercial Building for families to take photographs. The community will be provided a chance to walkthrough and view all of the amazing trees that were only available to guests of their evening fundraising event. There will be holiday activities to promote engagement, provide entertainment and engage shoppers in our market. The market stalls will be located in the Ag and 4-H Buildings. We hope this will be become a long-term tradition that families enjoy year after year.

We are a local non-profit who's mission is to support other local non-profits and promote giving back to the community. We do this through donations, fundraising, communication and volunteering. Our plan for being at the market is to support our local Farmers Market as well as promote feeding local children through our Care Snacks program, perhaps use our presence to encourage the community to bring food donations to use in these snack bags, to sell Care-ing Bears (for every bear we sell we're giving one away to a local child) and to hand out flyers about Care programs. We could also include a kids activity - maybe a coloring page for the Care-ing Bears. I'd love to set up our Care tent/canopy since that's part of our event set up and has our name/branding on it.
