Jam Shop
Located in the charming town of Cle Elum, Washington, the Jam Shop—founded by local “Jam Lady” Vaughn Smith, will tell you, canning is more than a hobby—it's her jam-tastic passion! 2020 was a year of plot twists and new chapters! Vaughn’s corporate gig hit the end credits, leaving her to dive headfirst into a passion project. Now, she’s whipping up small-batch, premium jams like nobody’s business. All hand-crafted right in Cle Elum, Washington, each jar is a seasonal symphony, crafted from scratch with the finest locally sourced fruits. The Jam Shop is all about quality and freshness, which is why they choose to partner only with small family farms in Washington State to source all the fruit for their jams. Partnering with these family farms is the secret sauce to the freshest and tastiest jams around! The Jam Shop embraces simplicity by using minimal ingredients to craft their jams, featuring more fruit than sugar in their delightful fruit forward product line. They let the fruity goodness take center stage, toss in a sprinkle of sugar and a dash of pectin, and presto! You've got jam that tastes just like Grandma’s! Naturally, Vaughn couldn't rock this jam thing without her crew of fabulous jammin’ ladies! They're a pint-sized powerhouse, all enthusiastic gals who share a deep passion for small business and creating exceptional products for their cherished loyal customers. • Proud to be a women-owned company. • Awarded Best Small Business in 2024 and Business of the Year in 2026 by the Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce. • The Jam Shop currently produces a full line of jams with plans to add sugar-free options. • A Brand That Pays It Forward: With their hearts nestled in the community, the Jam Shop partners with several local groups and organizations donating jams and their time to make a difference.

View Vendor PageSugar Donkey
I make hand pressed Springerle cookies and gingerbread from traditional molds. Cookies are highly detailed in vanilla and traditional anise. My signature cookie displays Santa leading a Donkey. Others include “Glorious Nativity” , St. Nicholas, a fine lady from the 1800’s. My Gingerbread Man and Woman are actually from vintage Dutch molds of King George and Queen Mary. I also pour hard candy from original vintage molds. My earliest mold is from 1880 but the majority are from 1910, over 100 years old! Most are in sucker form but also single special run of my “Sugar Donkey” and Victorian Santa, flavors of Butter Rum and Plum. I have large candy display pieces of a deer/stag, pony, postal rider, very large circus horse (over 2lbs) to name a few. I pride myself on traditional goods made by hand. They are very nostalgic and beautiful stocking stuffers as well as gifts. A few (less than a dozen) painted chalkware pieces, again poured from antique chocolate molds. A traditional St. Nicholas (Bishop), a Victorian Santa on Horse and a Victorian Santa on a Donkey. Sugar Donkey, Traditionally Stubborn. Wonderfully Sweet. A local small business 😊
