Event Details- Celebrate the season at the Christmas Market at Choctaw Creek Park, a family-friendly event packed with holiday fun! Kids can enjoy Crafting with Cops, festive games, ride the holiday train, and visit Santa and The Grinch. Throughout the event, enjoy performances by CNP school choirs, and don’t miss Southern Sky as they take the stage to close out the celebration. Browse and shop from more than 80 vendors offering handmade crafts, boutique items, holiday décor, baked goods, artisan creations, jewelry, woodworking, seasonal treats, and delicious food trucks. All vendors that are selling items at our events must have a Sales Tax License Number. Do not put your Social Security Number on your application. WE DO NOT ACCEPT FEIN Numbers in place of a Sales Tax License Number. If you are a nonprofit, a company that is only marketing at the events, or a sponsor, you are not required to submit a Sales Tax Number. Admission: Free for the public. Attendance: Expected 1000+ people. Event Hours: 2:00- 6:00 PM 📍 Location- Big Pavilion Booth Information: Booth Decorating: Vendors must decorate for Christmas! Standard Uncovered Space: $10 per 10x10 booth (no electricity, you bring canopy, tables, and chairs) Covered Space at the Farmers Market or at the Pavilion: $15 per 10x10 booth (no electricity, you bring tables and Chairs) Provided table and chair at the Farmers Market: $5 for table and chair. Electric Hookups: $5 per plug (limited availability). All electric spaces at the Farmers Market area are under the permanent canopies. Electric spaces at the Big Pavilion are both under the pavilion and outside of the pavilion. Food Trucks or Trailers: $15 per spot Vendor Requirements: Sales Tax ID Required: Vendors must have a valid Sales Tax ID and file sales tax with the City of Choctaw. ➡️ Need to apply? link to sales tax registration Food Vendors: Must submit Health Department paperwork (if applicable). Liquor Vendors: Must apply for a liquor permit with the City of Choctaw and follow ABLE Commission rules. Alcohol Vendor Requirements: Paperwork must be submitted to the ABLE Commission at least 60 days in advance, unless exempt. We'd like to sell a variety of hot drinks for the Christmas Market. Current drink menu includes; Coffee, Spiced Tea, Hot Cocoa, Apple Cider. Menu may be expanded the longer I sit here and think up ideas. I would also like to be notified if a space becomes available for baked goods. I have an incredible amount of inventory leftover from the Veteran's Day Bloc Party yesterday that I can safely freeze until next market, but it will have to be written off as a loss after that. We would do the baked goods and hot drinks from one space. Otherwise, we will just do hot drinks if approved.

I offer sourdough focaccia (sweet and savory), along with sandwich bread, brownies, cookies, and scones and cinnamon rolls. I also include non-sourdough options for customers who prefer a milder flavor. With several sourdough vendors already, I’m intentional about avoiding direct competition by focusing on focaccia and unique items that complement the existing lineup. If selected, happy to continue that approach and adjust my menu to fill gaps and add variety. I will be available and consistent through early August, but will not be able attend events after that due to my baby’s due date. I would love to be considered as often as possible until then.
