Event Details All vendors that are selling items at our events must have a Sales Tax License Number. Do not put your Social Security Number on your application. WE DO NOT ACCEPT FEIN Numbers in place of a Sales Tax License Number. If you are a nonprofit, a company that is only marketing at the events, or a sponsor, you are not required to submit a Sales Tax Number. Admission: Free for the public. Attendance: Expected 800+ people. Event Hours: 6:00- 8:00 PM 📍 Location- Big Pavilion Booth Information: Standard Uncovered Space: $10 per 10x10 booth (no electricity, you bring canopy, tables, and chairs) Covered Space at the Farmers Market or at the Pavilion: $15 per 10x10 booth (no electricity, you bring tables and Chairs) Provided table and chair at the Farmers Market: $5 for table and chair. Electric Hookups: $5 per plug (limited availability). All electric spaces at the Farmers Market area are under the permanent canopies. Electric spaces at the Big Pavilion are both under the pavilion and outside of the pavilion. Food Trucks or Trailers: $15 per spot Vendor Requirements: Sales Tax ID Required: Vendors must have a valid Sales Tax ID and file sales tax with the City of Choctaw. ➡️ Need to apply? link to sales tax registration Food Vendors: Must submit Health Department paperwork (if applicable). Liquor Vendors: Must apply for a liquor permit with the City of Choctaw and follow ABLE Commission rules. Alcohol Vendor Requirements: Paperwork must be submitted to the ABLE Commission at least 60 days in advance, unless exempt. Our biggest hit items: We have an assortment of baked goods examples are, mini cakes, dessert cups, mini breads, cookies, snack mix, and will have a variety each week. We love to bake and make tasty treats and are making this our number one thing for market days! As Always we are welcome to request! We have some tumblers left still and items that can be personalized, but we are moving away from this back to our other sewing and craft items s there are to many doing them right now! Will have a shirt and hat bar that will be a bring your own shirt and pick a design one day! Sewing crafts, we make a lot of things that we are transitioning from tumblers and things back to once we have some made! Junk holders, potato cookers, wallets, decorative items and more! Will have some wood working every now and then! We may also bring some wax melts as we have time to remake them to bring.
