Nerd Night

This event will be held at Choctaw Creek Golf Course, with vendors set up indoors throughout the golf course restaurant and event room. If we fill the indoor spaces, additional vendor spaces may be available under the pavilion. There is limited Space for this event- therefore nerdy vendors and organizations have first priority for attendance. There is also a paved area directly outside the restaurant that will be available for nerdy vehicles and specialty vehicles that fit the theme of the event. Because this is Nerd Night, and space is limited, priority will be given to vendors and organizations that fit the theme—gaming, comics, sci-fi, fantasy, anime, collectibles, cosplay, tabletop games, fandoms, and other nerdy interests. If booth space remains after themed vendors and organizations have been placed, we will consider other vendors. Booth Fees: Nonprofit Organizations that are participating but not selling products will not be charged a booth fee. For profit vendors selling products or merchandise will have a $15 booth fee.
