Upper Cumberland Cards aims to host shows in McMinnville on the 3rd Saturday of every month. Table fee will be set at $40 per 8' table, but we reserve the right to adjust if it becomes necessary with a larger venue & additional valuable services we may be able to offer.

Tables in McMinnville are $40 per 8' table.
Pre-paying for your table(s) is HIGHLY encouraged & appreciated, but not required at this time.
It may not look like it, but there is a LOT to do to host a great card show, and collecting table fees from 30-40 dealers (while you are busy with your own customers) is a lot to take care of along with everything else going on.

Other dealer notes (table layout, unloading, free giveaways, food trucks)
- Table layout with specific assignments is sent on Thursday before the show. Since we receive MANY last minute reservations + cancellations up to the last minute, at this time, we cannot send it any sooner. Once received, if you have any issues with your location, please let us know and we'll try our best to accommodate.
- On Saturday morning, you're welcome to pull into the circle drive for load in, but once you have finished loading in, we ask that you park your vehicle as far back as possible, in order to allow our attendees the best spots available. DO NOT stay parked in the circle drive, as we will have our food trucks set up there for the day.
- Upon entry, we will be encouraging attendees to join our mailing list for an entry into the raffle for $300+ of giveaways. The giveaways will be displayed on a table upon entry, and you're welcome to contribute anything to it in order to make the event that much more memorable so all of our attendees, and more, come back to our shows on a monthly basis (and buy more of your stuff!).
- We have food trucks from 11am - 2pm! Avery Trace is also conveniently located right off of 111 and close to all the main restaurants in Cookeville, so it wouldn't be hard to make a quick run around lunch time if you need to do that. Also, feel free to pack a meal if that's easier.
