Fresh-squeezed organic lemonade. We have multiple menus. We'll be selling hot dogs, chili cheese nachos, initially. Once we expand our cart to a full-size truck in July, we'll expand to selling Asian Fusion, called Rice Is Rice Asian Fusion Cuisine. Korean BBQ, Montezuma Bowls, etc. We'll also offer a Qdoba or Chipotle style menu, but not for Monument, because there is already an awesome Mexican food truck here. If you can't pronounce it, you know it has to be good. We offer these menu alternatives when we cater. Of course, we started with our famous, refreshing Fresh-squeezed organic lemonade and will always have that! :) Looking forward to selling with you this year for our 5th year at Monument! Best year yet! We'll be onsite from June 1st - September 30 (not sure exact dates).
