Please Read Before Applying The Good Place at The Village is a community-centered market held every Saturday at The Grove, located within The Village at Allen in Allen, Texas. Our goal is to create a welcoming space that brings together local businesses, handmade goods, fresh products, and unique shopping experiences for the community. We do not allow resellers, MLMs, or mass-produced items. At this time, we are not accepting food vendors or food trucks for this location. 🗓️ Market Season: August 8 – October 10, 2026 📅 Market Day: Every Saturday 🕘 Market Hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM 🧾 Vendor Requirements All items must be locally made, handmade, or original. Resale and mass-produced items are not permitted unless pre-approved. Vendors must present a clean, organized, and visually appealing booth setup. Products should reflect a cohesive brand or product line (no random or unrelated item groupings). All vendors are expected to maintain quality presentation, including thoughtful packaging, signage, and displays. Products should align with our goal of creating a welcoming, community-centered shopping experience. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, and complete booth setup. All tents must be properly secured with weights for safety. Vendors must arrive on time, be fully set up before the market opens, and remain open for the entire market. Late arrivals and early departures are not permitted. 💰 Booth Pricing & Details Vendor Booth: $50 per market day Discounted rates are available for vendors who book multiple market dates in advance. Standard booth space: 10' × 10' Electricity is available on-site. Public restrooms are available on-site. 🚗 Vendor Setup & Breakdown Vendors may begin setup at 7:30 AM. All booths must be fully set up and ready for customers by 9:00 AM. Vendors are expected to remain open for the entire market and may begin packing up after 2:00 PM, once the market has concluded. Additional setup instructions and booth assignments will be provided prior to each market. 🚫 Vendor Category Guidelines The Good Place operates as a no-compete market, allowing only one vendor per product category per market day whenever possible. This helps create a diverse shopping experience while giving each vendor the opportunity to stand out. Vendor spaces are first come, first served, and your booth is not reserved until booth payment has been received. Because product categories are limited, we encourage approved vendors to reserve their dates as soon as possible to ensure availability. 🌦️ Cancellations & Rescheduling Vendor booth fees are non-refundable once your booth has been reserved, as we reserve your product category exclusively for your selected market date. The Good Place reserves the right to cancel or postpone the market at our discretion due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we'll work with affected vendors to determine the best solution, which may include rescheduling or, when appropriate, a refund. If you need to reschedule your booth reservation, we kindly ask for at least two (2) weeks' notice so we have an opportunity to fill your space. Requests made with less than two weeks' notice are not eligible for rescheduling. 🌿 Our Goal We're building a welcoming, creative, and community-centered market where visitors can discover amazing local businesses, shop unique products, and connect with their community.
