Feel free to use a business address, PO box, or even “123 Privacy Lane.”) Details: Moonveil Market is a curated metaphysical and alternative market celebrating the strange, sacred, and spellbinding side of October. Inspired by the thinning of the veil and the spiritual traditions surrounding Samhain, this event will blend themes of remembrance, intuition, transformation, and magick with all the fun and enchantment of Halloween season. We’re looking for artists, makers, readers, mystics, and wonderfully unusual small businesses whose work feels at home in that world. Witchy goods, gothic and autumnal art, ritual tools, spiritual offerings, curiosities, Halloween creations, handmade treasures, and anything a little strange or enchanting are all welcome. Moonveil is meant to feel magical and immersive while still being approachable for anyone who simply loves October and wants something fun to explore. Vendor costumes are absolutely encouraged! They’re not required, but if you’ve been looking for an excuse to get dressed up, lean into your witchiest market look, or make your booth feel extra immersive for Halloween, this is it. 🖤 Readers & Spiritual Service Providers: All Tarot/Oracle Readers will be required to complete a brief interview and/or provide a short test reading prior to acceptance. This process helps ensure ethical alignment, quality of service, and a positive experience for attendees. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance, and selected readers will be contacted with next steps if it’s a good fit. To ensure there is no competitive pricing, all readings will be $35, but you can choose the allotted time a client receives for that amount. If your pricing is a little more complicated than that, please contact me and we can discuss it! Promotion & Community Effort: The Gilded Creatrix Events will be dedicating significant time and resources toward promoting each event and its vendors through paid social media advertising, local outreach, and consistent flyer distribution throughout the surrounding area. My intention is always to actively curate and bring the audience to us. While Capital Mall provides steady natural foot traffic, that traffic is considered a bonus rather than the primary source of attendance. These events are intentionally marketed to draw in a dedicated and interested crowd. Accepted vendors are expected to assist with promotion using the graphics provided and by sharing the event with their own communities. These markets thrive when we all contribute to building momentum. Acceptance & Payment: Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
