STEP 1: REVIEW OUR MARKET RULES BELOW. Your participation in the Moses Lake Farmers Market is contingent on compliance with market policies. The rules below are our general rules for our off-season markets. A complete Vendor Guide is available on our website at www.farmersmarketml.com or you can request a copy from mlfmmanager@gmail.com. It is required that you read all the rules.
STEP 2: SUBMIT A COMPLETE APPLICATION. Previous acceptance does not guarantee acceptance to any of our markets. Requested stalls will be accommodated to the best of our ability but many factors affect placement. The Manager has final authority on stall assignments.
STEP 3: BE PATIENT WHILE WE REVIEW YOUR APPLICATION. Application Deadline is March 7, 2026. Applications submitted after this deadline may take up to 2 weeks to review and, pending capacity, may not be considered or placed on waitlist. Acceptance is for this market only and you must apply for each of our off-season markets separately.
STEP 4: PAY INVOICE: You will be sent a request for payment via email.
STEP 5: IF APPROVED, GET YOUR PRODUCTS READY AND AWAIT FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS: Prior to the market you will receive an email from the Manager with instructions for offloading and set-up.

Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, may receive a 100% refund upon request. Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will incur a 50% fee. (Fees that are paid, less any applicable fees, may be transferred to a future market if requested via email to the Manager)
* If you are placed on a waiting list you will be notified in as timely as manner as possible.
* Once accepted you must pay your fees by March 20, 2026 or depending on timeline of waitlist clearance, by April 1, 2026.
* Each booth is 10 x 10 with the exception of corner booths which may be a bit larger due to the layout. Vendors are to provide everything needed for their setup, including tables, chairs, etc.
* Vendors may rent two booths, as space permits. No refunds will be allowed if you decide you don't need all the space you reserved.
* Absolutely no nails, pins or tacks may be used on the walls. If you need to hang a sign, please use poster putty.
* Canopies are permitted but must be noted on the application.
* There is no smoking and no animals permitted at this event. Does not pertain to service animals.
* Garbage disposal is available. Each vendor must deliver their trash to provided receptacles outside of the back of the building.
* Early setup is Friday, April 3rd from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm. You must indicate you will be using the early setup time on the application.
* Doors will open at 7 am on Saturday morning for vendors to set up. All booths must be completely set up by 9 am.
* No part of a vendor setup should protrude into the walkway or cause an obstruction/hazard for customers.
* Vendors are expected to stay with their booth space intact until 2:00 pm and be packed up by no later than 3:30 pm. PLEASE DO NOT START DISMANTLING YOUR BOOTH SPACE UNTIL 2:00 PM.
* All vendors must have proper signage - All vendors must follow Washington State requirements for proper labeling of their products.
* The following signs are required:
* A clearly visible sign (1 foot x 1 foot minimum) indicating the name of the farm/vendor and the location of the farm/business.
* Display clear signage indicating the ways to pay at the booth. Please include any information about Debit, Credit, Market tokens, (all vendors are required to take the MLFM $5 tokens and only vendors selling EBT allowed items may take the EBT $1 and $4 tokens), Venmo etc.
* Each product for sale should be labeled with the name of product and price OR a price sign must clearly list all product prices
* Farmers and produce vendors must prominently display signage indicating participation with government programs including SNAP, SNAP-Match, WIC / SFMNP, etc.
* All required Health District permits including Food Handler's Permit must be displayed.
**** All food concessionaires must sign a contract with the Grant County Fairgrounds and be approved by them in order to vend at our market. The Fairgrounds does charge an extra fee. Contact the Manager for more information.****
