Please Read Before Applying: The Farmers Market at Firewheel, hosted by The Good Place, is a community-centered market focused on supporting local businesses, handmade goods, and unique products. We do not allow resellers, MLMs, or mass-produced items. Due to mall guidelines, we are currently unable to accept vendors selling clothing or jewelry. 🗓️ Market Season: May 16 – August 30 📅 Market Days: Every Saturday & Sunday 🕙 Market Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM 🧾 Vendor Requirements • All items must be locally made, handmade, or original. Resale and mass-produced items are not permitted unless pre-approved. • Vendors must present a clean, organized, and visually appealing booth setup. • Products should reflect a cohesive brand or product line (no random or unrelated item groupings). • All vendors are expected to maintain quality presentation, including thoughtful packaging, signage, and displays. • Products should align with our goal of creating a welcoming, community-centered shopping experience. • Vendors are responsible for providing their own 10' x 10' tent, tables, chairs, and complete booth setup. • All tents must be properly secured with weights for safety. • Vendors may begin setup at 8:00 AM and must be fully set up before the market opens at 10:00 AM. • Vendors are required to remain open for the entire market day. Late arrivals and early departures are not permitted. • Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth area clean throughout the market and removing all trash when they leave. • The trash cans located throughout the market are provided for customer use only. Please do not dispose of vendor trash, cardboard, boxes, packaging, or other business-related waste in these cans, especially if they are already full. Vendors are responsible for taking all business-related waste with them at the end of the market. 💰 Booth Pricing & Details Saturday only: $60 Sunday only: $30 Full Weekend (Saturday + Sunday): $75 • Discounted rates are available for vendors who reserve the full season in advance. • Each vendor space measures 10' × 10'. • There is no electricity or water available on-site. • Vendors who require electricity may bring a generator, provided it operates quietly and does not disrupt neighboring vendors or customers. 🚗 Vendor Setup & Parking • Vendors may pull their vehicles directly to their booth space during setup for unloading. • All vehicles must be moved to the designated vendor parking area before the market opens at 10:00 AM. • Once the market begins, vehicles may not be driven back onto the grass or vendor area until the market has officially ended at 4:00 PM. • Vendor parking is available in the shared Macy's parking lot. Please leave the closest parking spaces available for customers. 🚫 Vendor Category Guidelines The Farmers Market at Firewheel operates as a no-compete market. We limit the number of vendors within each product category on each market day to provide the best experience for both vendors and shoppers. Once approved, we encourage vendors to reserve their preferred dates as soon as possible. Spaces are limited and are secured on a first-come, first-served basis once payment has been received. 🌦️ Cancellations & Rescheduling Vendor booth fees are non-refundable once your booth has been reserved, as we reserve your product category exclusively for your selected market date. The Good Place reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the market due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we'll work with affected vendors to determine the best solution, which may include transferring your reservation to a future market date or, when appropriate, issuing a refund. If you need to reschedule your booth reservation, we kindly ask for at least two (2) weeks' notice so we have the opportunity to fill your space. Rescheduling requests made with less than two (2) weeks' notice are not eligible for rescheduling or a refund.
