Please Read Before Applying: The Farmers Market at Firewheel, hosted by The Good Place, is a community-centered market focused on supporting local businesses, handmade goods, and unique products. We do not allow resellers, MLMs, or mass-produced items. Due to mall guidelines, we are also unable to accept vendors selling clothing or jewelry at this time. 🗓️ Market Season: May 16th – August 31st 📅 Market Days: Every Saturday & Sunday 🕙 Market Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM _____________ 🧾 Vendor Requirements All items must be locally made, handmade, or original. Resale and mass-produced items are not permitted unless pre-approved. Vendors must present a clean, organized, and visually appealing booth setup. Products should reflect a cohesive brand or product line (no random or unrelated item groupings). All vendors are expected to maintain quality presentation, including thoughtful packaging, signage, and display. Products must align with the overall market aesthetic and experience, which focuses on handmade, artisan, and curated goods. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, and full display setup. All tents must be properly secured with weights and/or stakes for safety. Booths must be fully set up prior to market opening and remain open for the full duration of the event. _____________ 💵 Application & Fees A one-time $15 non-refundable application fee is required to apply. This helps support the planning, curation, and promotion of the market. Approved vendors will have the ability to book available dates moving forward and, if aligned with category guidelines, may also participate in future markets. *** Applications that are complete and align with our guidelines are typically approved. We encourage all vendors to carefully review the requirements before applying. *** _____________ 💰 Booth Pricing & Details Saturday only: $60 Sunday only: $30 Full weekend (Saturday + Sunday): $75 * Discounted rates are available for vendors who book the full season in advance. Each vendor space is 10x10 There is no electricity or water available on-site. Vendors who require electricity may bring generators, as long as they do not create excessive noise or disrupt the market environment. _____________ 🚗 Vendor Setup & Parking Vendors may pull their vehicles up to their booth space during setup for unloading, but all vehicles must be moved before the market begins. Parking is available in the shared Macy’s lot, and we kindly ask that vendors leave the closest spots open for customers. Vendors may begin setup at 8:00 AM and must be fully set up by the start of the market. _____________ 🚫 Vendor Category Guidelines The Farmers Market at Firewheel operates as a no-compete market. Upon approval, we encourage vendors to book their desired dates promptly, as space is limited. We allow only a limited number of vendors within each category, per market day.
