There are a couple of spots where you can bring your own 6ft/8ft table setup. If you're willing to do that, I do prioritize filling those limited spaces first! Full Weekend — $200 Saturday & Sunday. Full-weekend applications will receive priority. Saturday Only — $125 Limited to 5 single-day spots. Sunday Only — $100 Limited to 5 single-day spots. Sunday is a shorter market day from 11am–6pm. A Gilded Year is being planned primarily as a full-weekend market, so vendors available for both days will be prioritized during curation. Single-day options are available for those who can't commit to the entire weekend, but space is intentionally limited. Additional setup/breakdown information for Sunday-only and Saturday-only vendors will be provided. Address field: TGCE does not need or verify your home address. We're kicking off 2027 with A Gilded Year, a two-day metaphysical market celebrating fresh beginnings, new opportunities, and the magick of a brand-new chapter! Inspired by celestial wonder and a touch of vintage Art Deco glamour, this market is all about welcoming the new year with intention, curiosity, and a little indulgence. We're bringing together a thoughtfully curated collection of local artists, makers, intuitive readers, and wonderfully unique small businesses for an entire weekend inside Capital Mall. Attendees can explore handmade creations, mystical treasures, jewelry, art, metaphysical goods, spiritual tools, and plenty of unexpected finds. Whether they're setting intentions for the year ahead, discovering a new favorite small business, or simply treating themselves to something special, A Gilded Year is an opportunity to celebrate new beginnings while supporting our incredible local creative community. Admission is completely free, and all ages are welcome! ### Readers & Spiritual Service Providers All Tarot/Oracle Readers will be required to complete a brief interview and/or provide a short test reading prior to acceptance. This process helps ensure ethical alignment, quality of service, and a positive experience for attendees. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance, and selected readers will be contacted with next steps if it's a good fit. To avoid competitive pricing between readers, all readings will be $35, but you may choose how much time a client receives for that amount. If your pricing or service structure is more complicated, please contact me and we can discuss what would work best. ### Promotion & Community Effort The Gilded Creatrix Events will be dedicating significant time and resources toward promoting A Gilded Year and its vendors through paid social media advertising, local outreach, and consistent flyer distribution throughout the surrounding area. Our intention is always to actively curate and bring the audience to us. While Capital Mall provides steady natural foot traffic, that traffic is considered a bonus rather than the primary source of attendance. These events are intentionally marketed to draw in a dedicated and interested crowd. Accepted vendors are expected to assist with promotion using the graphics provided and by sharing the event with their own communities. These markets thrive when we all contribute to building momentum! ### Acceptance & Payment Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Accepted vendors will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions. Full-weekend vendors will receive priority during the acceptance process, while Saturday-only and Sunday-only spaces will be filled based on availability and overall market curation.
