Sponsored by Ocean Grove Area Chamber of Commerce, the Fall market is held on Ocean Pathway from the Great Auditorium to Ocean Avenue. Spaces are now 11x20, on the lawn spaces. You will need to bring your own table and tent. The fee for each space is $150.00. Your entry fee is refundable ONLY with 15 days advance notice of cancellations. Sub-leasing of spaces is not permitted without prior written approval by the Chamber of Commerce. All items for sale must be family-friendly per our Code of Conduct. Failure to comply will result in vendors being expelled from the event with no refund. Setup time is 6:00am, the public arrives at 9:00am. Market closing time is 3:00pm. If you are in spaces 200-219. do not bring tents as you will be under a pavilion. All spaces must completely clean including all garbage and debris created by you or your customers by 6:00 PM or you will forfeit your right to participate in any future Ocean Grove Flea Markets. This will be strictly enforced. Dumpsters will be available for paper, flat boxes, etc., and there will not be any disposal of unwanted furniture or large items. If any questions arise, someone is stationed to assist you from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm at Chamber Headquarters in front of the Ocean Plaza Hotel, 18 Ocean Pathway. Pease bring a flashlight if you plan to arrive in the dark. Space numbers are difficult to see and you will be asked to move if you are in the incorrect spot.
Food Vendor's fee is $300.00 plus a $50.00 deposit ($350.00 total) for each 11x11 space. If you require two spaces, your fee is $600.00 plus one deposit of $50.00 dollars. Deposit is refundable up[n a positive clen-up inspection, by the Chamber the Chamber, prior to departure. Those using cooking fuel mus apply for an Ocean Grove Fire Prevention Permit. The Department of Health will perform an on-site inspection. Documents will be provided to you upon receipt of your application.
Return vendors will be given until June 20 to request space. After this date, spaces will be assigned on a first serve basis utill we are sold out. Cancellations deemed "acts of God" will result in a credit. No refunds will be given out.
