The market will be held right in front of the internal entrance to Macy's. It is between Macy's and Century Theaters.

Vendor fees are non-refundable.

Each standard vendor space is approximately 8ftx6ft. There are 24 spots available where an 8ft table and black tablecloth is provided. There are 5 spots (including readers and businesses who may need electricity) that can accommodate a 6ft-8ft table but that must be brought.

This market will feature a curated collection of artists, makers, and mystics all providing handmade offerings. We don't allow any AI products, MLMs, or mass produced products. You can always expect offerings that have soul and intention.

Of course! This event is open to all ages.

Chairs are always available and can be provided. Capital Mall wants everyone to be using a black tablecloth so those will be provided as well. (You can layer anything you want over it. This is just to ensure people can't see under the tables.) For 24 spots, an 8ft table is also provided. For 5 spots, (including readers/electricity based vendors) a 6ft table or 8ft table will have to be brought.

A portion of every vendor fee is reinvested directly into paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. We also promote each event through: ✧ Flyer distribution throughout Downtown Olympia and The Evergreen State College ✧ Consistent posts in local Facebook groups leading up to the event ✧ TikTok and Reels content created by The Gilded Creatrix and collaborating creators. ✧ Facebook event co-hosting and collaborative social media posts with Capital Mall Capital Mall also promotes the event through its established audience, including approximately 18,000 Facebook followers, nearly 7,000 Instagram followers, a 40,000-subscriber email list, and a 17,000-person SMS list. Their email and text promotions are typically sent the day before or the day of the event. In addition to intentional advertising, Capital Mall receives an average of approximately 25,000 visitors on summer Saturdays, giving vendors access to strong existing foot traffic alongside the audience brought in through our marketing efforts.

Yes! We will have two readers available for you to see who you may feel drawn to. Readings are $35 for 15 minutes.

No. All displays, signs, products, chairs and equipment must remain completely within your assigned booth footprint.

Yes. The total booth display height may not exceed 6ft, including the height of the provided table.

Every guest receives a raffle card, your task to be entered is to collect a stamp from each vendor you stop to connect with. Once the card is complete, you'll ask a vendor where to turn it into and they will let you know. There are three winners. The raffle drawing happens at 6pm. Winners must return to Capital Mall before 8PM to pick up their prize. If you cannot return that evening, pickup can be arranged for a later date near Tumwater Hill.

No. Open flames, incense, smoke, and burning materials of any kind are prohibited inside Capital Mall.

No. Nothing may be taped, nailed, drilled, hung, or otherwise attached to walls, ceilings, railings, or other mall structures.

Yes. Each vendor must bring one item valued between $10 and $30 or a voucher for a short complimentary service. Contributions must be labeled with the business name and brought to load-in.

Yes. Accepted vendors are expected to help share the event. Promotional graphics/Captions/Hashtags will be provided.

Vendors wishing to operate a retail booth and offer readings must purchase two separate spaces and have another person available to manage the retail booth.

No. Multi-level marketing companies are not accepted. Products that use AI are not accepted.

SeenMarkets automatically includes an address field, but The Gilded Creatrix Events does not need or verify your home address. You may use a business address, PO box, or even “123 Privacy Lane.” I have talked with the developers behind SeenMarkets about this and it will not be required soon!

We have volunteers available to help bring in items from your car to the market space. Bottles of water and protein bars are available upon request. I usually go throughout the market and ask vendors if they need these and will get it to you. I also have a Vendor Emergency Kit that will be available to you.
