YES. In Florida. 😂 Snow times + details will be announced closer to Market day.
Do you accept multiple vendors selling the same thing?
We intentionally curate our Markets by category. We want variety for our shoppers AND want our vendors to have a real opportunity to be seen + supported. Some categories will close once they’re filled.
Does submitting an application guarantee my spot?
No. Applications are reviewed before acceptance to maintain a balanced, curated vendor lineup.
Will Santa be there?
YES! Santa will be there for professional Christmas pictures. Photo pricing, times + details will be announced closer to December 19.
Can we take Christmas pictures with Jason the Mini Highland Cow?
YES! Jason is coming back for Christmas. 🐮 Photo details + times will be announced closer to the Market.
When should I apply?
NOW. 😂 December 19 is six days before Christmas, and we expect popular categories to fill early.
Will Elsa + The Grinch be there?
Absolutely. Both will be making appearances throughout the Market. We’ll share specific appearance times closer to December 19.
What time is the Market?
The Market is open to shoppers from 10AM–3PM. Approved vendors will receive separate setup/check-in instructions before Market day.
What kind of shopping will there be?
We’re bringing 75+ curated local businesses together SIX DAYS before Christmas. Think stocking stuffers, White Elephant gifts, teacher gifts, last-minute Christmas gifts, handmade goods, boutiques, treats + plenty of “I wasn’t looking for this but now I need it” finds.
What is the vendor fee for the December Christmas Market?
December Market pricing is:
Tent Vendors — $55
Food + Beverage Trucks/Trailers — $70
Due to the size of our Christmas Market, discounted vendor rates are not available for December. This includes any recurring/vendor loyalty discounts that may apply to other Market dates.
Your vendor fee secures your approved space for our December 19 Market. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, as we intentionally curate vendors by category.
Can I see which vendors are coming before the Market?
YES! Scroll through our Seen Markets vendor lineup as businesses are added + start your shopping list before you arrive.
Are there any vendor discounts for the Christmas Market?
No. December is our largest Market of the season, with 75+ local businesses + a full day of Christmas experiences planned for the community, so all approved vendors will be booked at the standard December rate.

What happens if there’s bad weather?
Market-day weather updates + any necessary changes will be communicated directly with participating vendors.
Is there stuff for the kids to do?
SO much. Real snow, Santa, Elsa, The Grinch, our giant Kids Zone, Holiday Market Bingo + more.
Will there be food?
Absolutely. Come hungry. We’ll have food trucks, sweets + seasonal treats throughout the Market.
Do I need a ticket?
Nope! No ticket or registration is required to attend the Market. Individual experiences like professional photos may have separate pricing or sign-ups.
Where should we park?
Parking is free on the outside of the park, and along all streets. If you have to park far, across the round about, call us!!! we will shuttle you :) 727-631-6637
