Set up time
Set up is between 10 am to 11 am. All vendors must be set up by 12:00pm the market ends at 6 PM
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, we are pet friendly
Loading and unloading
There is a designated spot for loading and unloading right behind vendor spots, you may park in the parking lot provided afte after unloading and loading.
Are you handicapped accessible?
Yes, at the silver state farmers market we are handicap accessible. We have nine handicap parking spots. At the entrances to the market and no stairs, obstructions and is easy to navigate
Tear down
The market ends at 6 PM. Vendors may go ahead and start tearing down only after 6 PM.
Alcohol
Although at the Silver State farmers market, we may have vendors that sell alcohol from time to time. No alcohol is permitted to be brought onto the grounds by any shoppers.
Electricity
The Silver State farmers market does not supply electricity at this time
Illegal substances
The Silver State farmers market does not allow any type of illegal substances on the premises whatsoever!
Discrimination
We at Silver State farmers market do not discriminate. Anyone is welcome at the market.
Refunds
There are absolutely no refunds the market must go on rain or shine if you cannot make it to the market after paying for your spot contact us through email or phone number and we will work with you on applying your credit to next week’s event.
Weather conditions
The market must go on rain or shine unless otherwise announced by the Silver State farmers market team if a event is canceled due to weather then all paid vendors will receive a credit for next week’s event or future events.
Rude or rowdy behavior
We at the Silver State farmers market would like a nice friendly atmosphere for everyone to enjoy the market. We will not allow any type of rude rowdy or violent behavior at the market from shoppers or vendors. This will immediately get you thrown out of the market and premises.
What are your vendor fees?
For a 10 x 10 space it is $150 for both days total.
For a 10 x 20 space is $200 for both days total.
Food truck space $200 for both days total
No splitting dates
Every market is a two day event. If you book with us you must show up for those dates. You can not split the dates under one fee.
