We run an indoor aquaponics system here in Bloomington. We grow and currently sell Tuscan Kale, Blue Kale, Collard Greens, and Swiss Chard. I plan to sell a prepackaged greens mix. I’m also open to bringing fish emulsion water to sell as well, but that’s unlikely for the first time we visit.

At The Hawaiian Hoosier, we bring bold island flavor to Indiana—one snack at a time. Known for our fusion of Hawaiian and Hoosier tastes, we offer hand-crafted snack mixes, tropical-inspired popcorn, and unique treats that are equal parts sweet, salty, savory, and spicy. Fan favorites include our Aloha Mix (sweet with a touch of heat), Furu Critter Crunch (a naughty animal cracker trail mix seasoned with furikake), and craveable popcorn flavors like Aloha Crunch, Seafood Ramen, Wasabi Sumo Slam, and Mango Habanero. Everything we make is small-batch, made with love, and just a little bit addictive. Whether you're visiting our booth at the farmers market or catching us at a local event, come find your new favorite snack—and don’t be surprised if you can’t stop at just one bite. Made in Ellettsville. Shared with Aloha.
