Primarily sell Little Golden Books journals, ephemera design journal accessories, bird houses, and a handful of cake pops to add/complete the ambiance of my booth. Sabrina, I’m the person you met this morning at the Market. I currently do not have an active IG account that features my products. I’ve never really relied on it because I’ve had a booth at the McKinney Trade Dsys for 15 years. However, I recently sold all my inventory and decided to focus on handmade products instead. I had an entire building as my “booth” at that Market and had lots of follower, repeat customers (until now). I promise you will not be disappointed with my set up. I also included a previous booth set up when I sell food/baked goods items (I usually sell these during the fall/winter months). As you can see, I usually take at least 2 booths for my food sales. I would live a chance to sell at your Market for my LGB journals since there’s no one else that sells these there now. I’m hoping, I will be the only one that sells them. I can send more pics of my products that I will sell so please let me know if you need more sample pics. It was a pleasure meeting you and I hope my application gets accepted! Just an fyi, I will be in CA on 8/15 to fo a show then will be going to Machu Pichu, Peru from 8/20-8/38, so I cannot do your Market until August 29th and the rest of the Market days.

Our family has coffee land in Peru, and we are bringing pre-packaged 250g coffee bean and ground packs to the US to sell here as well and expand our brand that just began. We are still a small farm in Peru. It's natural and specialty coffee with unique taste and aroma because it grows 5000 feet above sea level in the Amazon and we do not use any pesticides or chemicals. We are specialty because in the Cup of Excellence - COE, which is the most prestigious global competition and auction for high-quality specialty coffee, Makawi Coffee got a grade of 85.75. Any coffee that obtains a score higher than 80 is defined as Specialty. This is a family business and we will be offering packs in 2 Arabica types: Geisha Medium-Dark and Medium roast, and Bourbon Medium-Dark roast. We also offer 2 types of blends of Arabica plants we grow ground and in beans as well. We do not sell beverages.

How do I apply?
Complete the online vendor application. Once submitted, we'll review your business and contact you regarding availability and next steps.
When is the market open?
Every Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, beginning August 8th through October 10th.
Is every application accepted?
No. We carefully curate our market to provide a balanced variety of vendors and avoid unnecessary duplication of products.
What are your booth fees?
Vendor spaces are $50 per market day for a standard 10' x 10' booth.
Is there an admission fee?
No! Admission is free and everyone is welcome.
Is parking available?
Yes! Free parking is available throughout The Village at Allen.
Are tents required?
Yes. Outdoor vendors must provide a sturdy, professional-looking canopy tent with weights on each leg for safety.

Can I sell commercially manufactured products?
Our focus is on local, handmade, homemade, homegrown, and small businesses. Commercial or mass-produced products may not be accepted.
Is electricity available?
Limited access may be available depending on booth location. Please indicate your electrical needs on your application.
Do the same vendors attend every week?
Many of our vendors return weekly, while others rotate throughout the season to keep each market fresh and exciting.
What time is vendor setup?
Vendor setup typically begins two hours before the market opens. Specific setup instructions will be sent before each event.
What forms of payment do vendors accept?
Most vendors accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Payment methods may vary by vendor.
What happens if it rains?
The market is held rain or shine unless weather conditions are deemed unsafe. Vendors will be notified of any cancellations.
Can I become a vendor?
Absolutely! Visit our Vendor Application page to apply.
Can I choose my booth location?
We do our best to accommodate requests, but booth assignments are made by market management to create the best experience for vendors and shoppers.

Once your application has been approved, you'll be invited to join our private Vendor Facebook Group, where we share announcements, setup information, event updates, and other important communications.

What makes The Good Place different?
The Good Place is a curated, community-centered farmers market focused on supporting local farmers, makers, bakers, artisans, and small businesses. Our goal is to create a welcoming space where visitors can shop local, connect with their community, and discover something new each week.
To provide the best experience for both vendors and shoppers, we are also a no-compete market. We limit each market date to one vendor per product category, helping vendors stand out while giving shoppers a diverse selection of products.
Vendor spaces are first come, first served, and dates are not reserved until booth payment has been received. Once your payment is received, your spot is officially secured for that market date.
