Foodie Fest at Rountree

Applications are now open for the first edition of Rountree Market’s bi-annual Fall Foodie Fest, returning each Spring and Fall. October 10 | 9:00 AM–3:00 PM Vendor Setup Begins at 7:30 AM Rountree Market | Bryan, Texas Fall Foodie Fest is being intentionally designed as a curated, family-friendly festival experience featuring a carefully selected mix of food trucks, specialty food vendors, cottage bakers, artisans, makers, boutiques, and local small businesses. Rather than filling as many spaces as possible, our goal is to build a strong and diverse vendor lineup with limited duplication between similar products and food categories. This gives participating businesses greater visibility and helps create a better experience for both vendors and guests. Because of this, vendor space is limited and applications will be reviewed before acceptance. Vendor Categories Food Trucks / Food Vendors Early Bird Rate: $75 Regular Rate: $100 Market / Artisans / Cottage Bakers & More Indoor Space: $50 Outdoor Space: $35 Foodie Taste-Off All accepted Food Trucks / Food Vendors will participate in our People’s Choice Foodie Taste-Off by offering a small sample of one signature food or beverage. Samples may be limited and offered while supplies last. Guest voting will close at 1:00 PM, and the top three vendors will receive: 1st Place — $100 Rountree Market Vendor Credit 2nd Place — $75 Rountree Market Vendor Credit 3rd Place — $50 Rountree Market Vendor Credit Vendor Giveaway Opportunity Market vendors, artisans, cottage bakers, makers, and other participating businesses will have the option to join our special Vendor Basket Giveaway by contributing a prize or gift basket valued at $50 or more. Additional details will be provided to participating vendors after acceptance. Bonus Evening Opportunity A select group of approximately 4–5 Food Trucks / Food Vendors may also be invited to remain at Rountree Market for the second event taking place that evening at no additional vendor fee. This is a limited opportunity and selection will be based on the needs and variety of the evening food lineup. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications will be reviewed with consideration given to product quality, category variety, overall festival fit, and available space. Accepted vendors will receive additional information regarding setup, booth placement, event-day procedures, Taste-Off instructions, giveaway opportunities, and promotional materials. We are building Fall Foodie Fest to become a signature Rountree Market event, and we are excited to welcome a select group of businesses to help us begin this new Spring and Fall tradition.
