The St. Johns Saturdays in the Square is a hyper local market featuring music, artists, makers, Booster member businesses and entrepreneurs in the heart of the St. Johns business district. To become a vendor, please create a profile on our Seen Markets platform. There is no application fee for participation in Saturdays in the Square. Please note that booth fees will apply, with discounted rates available for Boosters members. Vendors may apply to participate on a single date, multiple dates, or throughout the full season. Full-season participation is not required, allowing flexibility to accommodate individual schedules.

Nubyana Naturals
Handcrafted items featuring personally dried flowers, leather, and other sustainable materials used with other eco materials to create re-imagined art pieces. I hand-make jewelry (kumihimo with beading and focal pendants). Print-dyed scarves, incense, and items for prenatal and postpartum care of mothers (I am a doula). Acrylic paintings (Turtle Series), hand gathered and handmade lavender wands and bundles, Sage smudge bundles, and other natural items. Kolaj creates beaded bracelets and necklaces.

When is set up?
Vendors need to be fully set up by 10:45 a.m.
N. Philadelphia will be closed to traffic on Saturdays during the event. Please park at US Bank for unloading and loading and then park in the neighborhood to ensure more visitors can visit the plaza.
Vendor Set up info
Vendors will be responsible for all set-up needs, and space will be limited to a 10′ x 10′ area. (unless you have a designated small space). Vendors will provide their own tables, chairs, and tents. These must not be a hazard to the public or other vendors. Electricity will not be available. Generators are not allowed unless authorized in advance. Vendors are allowed to set up only in their assigned space.

Do I have to apply for the entire season to be accepted as a vendor?
