When do we get booth spots + the map?
We send the full vendor map + load-in directions 2–3 days before market day. It’s detailed on purpose — so you can roll in calm, not chaotic.
Is this market free to attend?
Yes — free to shop, stroll, and vibe.
What time is the market?
10am-3pm
What’s load-in time?
We load in by vendor type.
• 7:30–8:00 AM — Food Trucks & Beverage Trailers ONLY
• 8:00–9:00 AM — All Other Vendors (Tents/Booths)
⏰ All vehicles must be OUT of the parking lot by 9:00 AM sharp.
How load-in works (please follow this order):
1. Unload your full setup first (tent, tables, product, display—everything).
2. Go park on surrounding streets (parking is free).
3. Come back and set up once your vehicle is parked.
Where is the market located?
White Chapel Harbor Hall parking lot (Downtown Palm Harbor).
What’s the correct load-in flow?
Unload your full setup → go park (free street parking) → come back and set up.
Electricity / power available?
If you need power, we’ll confirm availability in your pre-market email. Plan to be self-sufficient unless confirmed.
Where do I park?
Free street parking nearby + surrounding areas. Arrive early for the easiest spots.
What if I have an emergency day-of?

5) Is it kid-friendly?
100%. Kids are welcome — we’ve got Kidpreneur booths and family-friendly fun.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes — and encouraged! Please only bring leashed, friendly pups.
Will there be food + drinks?
Absolutely, coffee too!
What kinds of vendors will be there?
A curated mix of local makers, food vendors, small businesses, and community favorites.

We roll rain or shine unless weather is unsafe. Updates posted on our social pages.
