Yes. The Downtown Palm Harbor Community Market is intentionally family-forward. We host kid entrepreneurs under 16, interactive experiences, food trucks, and seasonal activities each month.
Is this a curated market?
es. The Downtown Palm Harbor Community Market is curated. We prioritize product uniqueness, presentation quality, and alignment with our family-forward, community-centered mission. Not all applicants are accepted.
What are setup and breakdown requirements?
• Setup must be completed during your assigned window.
• All vendors must be fully ready before market opening time.
• Early breakdown is not permitted unless pre-approved.
• Vendors are responsible for full cleanup of their space.
Is there an entry fee?Nope. Admission is free. Come walk, shop, eat, and explore.

Is the market outdoors?
Yes. This is an outdoor market. Dress for Florida weather and plan accordingly.
What are booth presentation expectations?
This is not a flea market.
Professional presentation is required:
• Clean tables + coverings
• Weighted tents (if outdoors)
• Organized displays
• Clear pricing
• No excessive clutter
We are building an experience, not a yard sale.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, friendly and leashed dogs are welcome. We have a dog wash & groomer on site. Some months may feature pet-focused experiences (like our November dog wash or October dog costume contest).
Are duplicates allowed?
We limit category saturation to protect vendor sales and maintain a diverse shopping experience. Acceptance does not guarantee exclusivity.
How many vendors will be there?
Each market is curated with a strong mix of boutique, handmade, food, youth entrepreneurs, and community vendors. No two months are exactly the same.
What permits or insurance are required?
Food vendors must provide proper licensing and permits. Cottage food vendors must comply with Florida regulations. Insurance requirements will be listed in the application.
What types of vendors can I expect?
Boutique clothing, handmade goods, permanent jewelry, seasonal drops, food trucks, kid entrepreneurs, nonprofit spotlights, and more.
Do you allow youth vendors?
Yes. We intentionally support kid entrepreneurs under 16 and encourage mentorship from experienced vendors.
What is your cancellation policy?
Vendor fees are non-refundable unless there is a documented family emergency. Please apply only if you are fully committed to attending.
Do vendors take cards?
Most vendors accept card and digital payments, but bringing cash is always smart.
