Is the vendor fee refundable if the market is rained out?

This is a "Rain or Shine" market - with the exception of hazardous weather warnings such as flash flood watches/warnings, hurricane watches/warnings, tornado watches/warnings or other serious weather threats that are forecast in advance. Fees will not be refunded unless the market is called off by the market manager PRIOR to the date of the event.

Is a table and tent required?

Yes - At a minimum, all vendors must be able to provide a pop-up canopy tent and a table to display their goods. This helps keep the aesthetic of the market pleasing to customers, while protecting you and your products from the elements!
