Neurodivergent and sensory orientated fidgets and toys that are customized, designed, and 3D printed. We have a new line of sensory oriented customizable desktop Zen Gardens. The kits come with a container a rake set, sand, which the individuals can choose their color, as well as their choice of a plant and character. The Zen Gardens can be added to all the time, changing with the needs of its creator. We are working on a line of Tiny Trinket Tots, who are sensory oriented and will come with their own little habitat. There will be many to choose from. We are also working on a new theme. Our neurodiverse children are creating miniature scenes/dioramas for favorite characters. Items labeled with Autistically Artistic are created by my autistic daughter I am really excited to see how they turn out. Frequently Asked Questions
When does vendor setup begin?
Vendor setup begins at 7:00 AM on Sunday morning. You do not need to arrive right at 7:00 AM unless you need that much time. Please arrive early enough to be fully set up by 10:30 AM, as customers often begin strolling through before the official start time.
Where do I check in when I arrive?
When you arrive, check in with me first and I’ll help you locate your booth space.
Not sure who I am? Look for the guy wearing the R2-D2 glasses.
Where should I park for setup?
You’re welcome to park near the building while unloading, then move your vehicle to the outside edge of the parking lot once you’re finished. Many vendors find it easiest to park on the Food City side of the building.
Is electricity available?
Yes. Electricity is available for all booths. Please bring an extension cord (about 25 feet) to ensure you can reach an outlet.
The building can get warm, so feel free to bring a fan if you’d like.
Is the event indoors? Is there air conditioning?
The event is indoors and under cover in an open-air facility. There is no air conditioning. Weather conditions will determine whether the large doors are open, but we try to keep them open whenever possible to help draw a crowd.
Are tables and chairs provided?
Chairs: There are plenty of folding chairs available, so you do not need to bring your own unless you prefer a specific chair.
Tables: Some tables are available, but they are first come, first served. I strongly recommend bringing your own table rather than relying on one being available.
Do you have tips for selling at the market?
While I can’t guarantee sales, I can share what has worked consistently for me:
Greet customers. A simple “Hi! How are you today?” stops more people than you might expect and often leads to sales.
Be present and welcoming. Standing, smiling, and engaging makes a big difference. Sitting behind your table on your phone does not.
Eliminate negativity. Avoid talking about slow sales, bad days, or frustrations. If a customer asks how the day is going, the answer is always: “It’s great!”
Ask for help if you’re shy. I’m happy to jump in and help engage customers. I don’t mind at all.
Display your business name clearly. Have a sign, banner, or display with your business name and contact info. If you have business cards, hand them out. If not, let customers take a photo of your info with their phone.
Focus on what makes your work different. If another vendor has similar items, avoid complaints and instead highlight what makes your products unique.
Have fun. Smiles and laughter are contagious, and they create an atmosphere people want to stay in.
