I want to provide beautiful bouquets of regionally sourced and locally grown fresh flowers! I am growing blooms on a quarter acre here in St. Johns and plan to focus my bouquets around those flowers, but due to seasonal variability I may supplement at times with other local farmer’s flowers.

Charlotte, everytime I try to add a photo of my actual set up it fails but it doesnt do that with my product photos. i can not figure out why for the life of me but I think youre familiar with my set up regardless.

When is set up?

Vendors need to be fully set up by 10:45 a.m. N. Philadelphia will be closed to traffic on Saturdays during the event. Please park at US Bank for unloading and loading and then park in the neighborhood to ensure more visitors can visit the plaza.

Vendor Set up info

Vendors will be responsible for all set-up needs, and space will be limited to a 10′ x 10′ area. (unless you have a designated small space). Vendors will provide their own tables, chairs, and tents. These must not be a hazard to the public or other vendors. Electricity will not be available. Generators are not allowed unless authorized in advance. Vendors are allowed to set up only in their assigned space.

Do I have to apply for the entire season to be accepted as a vendor?

No you do not need to be available for the entire season to apply for Saturdays in the Square. Vendors may apply to participate on a single date, multiple dates, or throughout the full season. Full-season participation is not required, allowing flexibility to accommodate individual schedules.
