Are pets allowed?
Well behaved, leashed and vaccinated pets are allowed to visit at the market. We ask that you bring clean up supplies to clean up after your pet. We do have fresh water bowls available for those thirsty pups. Keep in mind the market is held on an asphalt lot and can become very hot in the summer so please keep that in mind to protect your pets feet. Any pet that is disruptive or aggressive will be asked to vacate the market area.
What is the fee for a space?
We do not charge a fee for spaces at our farmers market. All vendors must bring their own tent, chairs and tables. We do ask that all tents have weights on the legs to keep them from lifting off the ground.
Are there restrooms available?
We do have restrooms available in the lounge building along with handwashing stations, a soda machine, and a K-cup brewer for vendors use.
Do you have handicapped accessible parking?
Yes. We do have a few areas available for accessible parking. In our main lot there are 3 spaces and each week we will have a section near the corner of First Street and Vine Street set aside for guests needing a accessible spaces. Look for the signs for this special parking.
Do you allow businesses or churches to have a space to advertise?
Yes. We have four spaces set aside for no fee for a local business or church that would like to join our "Business Corner". These spaces are 10x10 and we only allow one business type per market (ex: one insurance company or roofing company). These spaces are for informational purposes only and not for sales. We discourage businesses from handing out food or beverage items that may be sold by an existing market vendor.
Do you have public restrooms available?
Yes, public restrooms, including an accessible one, are available in our lounge building and will be open during the market times.
What forms of payment do vendors accept?
Most vendors do offer electronic payments such as Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and CashApp. Look at each vendor or on the vendor portal through Seen Markets to see what type of payment they accept.
Do you allow school groups or other civic organizations for information or fundraising?
We do allow school groups or any civic organization the ability to fundraise for their club, fraternity, sorority, sports group, etc. These spaces are in our general vendor area. Fill out an application to join us!
What type of products are available at the market?
Vendors vary in their offerings but everything is requested to be handmade, home baked or home grown. Produce tends to come into season in June through the fall season.
What are the set up and tear down times for vendors?
Vendors may start arrival at 7:30 am and unload their items and move their car to the vendor parking areas. All vehicles must be clear of the market area by 9:00 am. Once the market has concluded at 1:00 pm, vehicles can be moved back into the area for loading. If you have sold out of your items, please let a staff member know and we can coordinate to help you tear down if you would like to leave early.
